Who is Proficio Bank?
Proficio Bank, wholly owned by NHB Holdings, is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Proficio Bank was formed to provide specialized banking and mortgage services to selected industries whose business involves the purchase of a home, such as the corporate relocation, homebuilding and real estate brokerage industries. We are targeting these types of companies because (i) these companies have industry-specific credit needs well suited to our knowledge-based relationship banking approach, and (ii) these companies are able to generate a significant volume of purchase mortgage applications from their clientele. The Company will target both the industry participants and, through various joint marketing and joint venture arrangements with these Corporate Customers, their individual consumers whose mortgage lending decision can be influenced by our Corporate Customers.
Proficio Bank provides specialized banking services, including: commercial loans and lines of credit to relocation companies, housing construction loans and land acquisition and development loans to homebuilders in selected markets and home equity lines of credit and other short term loans to consumers.
